Nick is owner and operator of NJS Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer for CareVentures, Inc. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from West Virginia University, majoring in Accounting. Nick is also an acting notary.

Nick graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and continued to earn a Master’s in Business Administration from West Virginia University. Nick has extensive experience in the banking industry and public accounting where he performed financial statement audits and reviews for various healthcare and not for profit entities.

Nick currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CareVentures, Inc. where he oversees the financial team(s) for various companies in the rehabilitation, healthcare consulting, pain management, and medical cannabis fields. Nick also serves as an accounting consultant for RS BioTherapeutics, a pharmaceutical startup focusing on diseases characterized by pulmonary inflammation.
